Hemp Agrimony (Eupatorium cannabinum)

A tall plant, with fluffy pink flowers attractive to bees & butterflies, this perennial likes sunny, damp areas. It has flowers up to 60cm in July & August.

Sowing:  Can be sown at any time of year, but best in early autumn or in spring.  Sow in trays or pots of moist compost and transplant to an open site that does not get too dry in summer or scatter the seed directly onto a fine raked seed bed and firm down well.  Water well and keep young plants weeded.
