Description
White Campion (Silene latifolia)
Found mainly in the east and lowlands of Scotland, White Campion is a perennial of open fields and grassy banks. Hybrids with Red Campion are common, giving pale pink flowers.
Sowing: sow at any time of year but best in early autumn or in spring. Sow in trays or pots of moist compost and transplant to an open, well drained site or scatter the seed directly onto a fine-raked seed bed, firming down well. Water well and keep young plants weeded.
300-500 seeds per packet.
